Over two crore children aged between one and five years countrywide will be fed Vitamin A+ capsules on Saturday.
Children between two and five years will be administered one anti-worm tablet each.
As many as 140,000 centres with health and family welfare workers and volunteers will work for the campaign.
Health and family welfare minister AFM Ruhal Haque inaugurated the campaign at Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) on Friday.
President Zillur Rahman and prime minister Sheikh Hasina in separate messages wished the success of the campaign.
